Whether working “en plein air” or in her studio, a sublime connection with nature permeates Patty Dwyer’s paintings, which have been described as expressive, joyful, textural, colorful and ebullient. A self-taught, life-long artist who works primarily in oils and soft pastels, Patty only recently began showing and selling her work.

Her first solo show was in March 2015 in Cherry Hills, CO at One2One Gallery. She was Artist of the Month in August 2015 at Cherokee Ranch & Castle, Sedalia, CO, participated in Meet the Artist Festival in Frisco, CO in September 2015 and is currently exhibiting at Art On the Edge Gallery in Castle Rock, CO. Additionally, her work was on display at the Douglas County Plein Air event in June 2016.
